If this question was a Celebrity it would be:

Simple and a success that is over very quickly. This question gives you a great start to the exam. Something to get your brain in gear, which doesn't tax you too much. You must make sure you find facts that relate to the question.

If this question was a T.V Show it would be:

Keeping Up With The Kardashians

You see what it's about, focus for a few minutes and then move on. If you annotate your text properly then this shouldn't take you very long. Use this question to get into your 'exam zone' and then move on to the questions worth more marks.


If this question was a Stereotypical American High School Student it would be:

The Plastic

What you see is what you get. 

 Part b

Part b needs you to focus on your ability to interpret quotations and link them to the question.

If this question was a Celebrity it would be:

Keanu Reeves

Words come out of his mouth but you have to work really hard at finding out what they mean. You can't just repeat what is in your quotation, you must make an inference and link it to the question.

If this question was a Drink it would be:

Lucozade Sport

Basic first taste but it also works on a second level. That is what you've got to remember about this question: the quotations only point you in the right direction it is your skill of interpretation that makes a truly effective performance.


If this question was a Stereotypical American High School Student it would be:

 The Glee Club Jock

People often miss the subtleties and don't understand the full complexity.
